The Domains of Dread is a persistent world hosted on Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition, blending a heavily modified Third Edition ruleset with a reimagined Dread Edition inspired by Advanced Dungeon and Dragons as well as Sword and Sorcery’s RAVENLOFT campaign setting. It is a heavy roleplay server pursuant to Gothic stories with real choice and consequence.

It began development in early 2024, with a major release to the public sought at the end of 2025.
