Attempts to strip any spell or spell-like effect affecting the target or over a target area, beginning with the highest spell circle. The caster makes a check of 1d20, +1/caster level (max +10) versus DC 11 + the spell or spell-like effect's caster level. If caster has spell focus: abjuration, an additional bonus of +3 is applied to the dispel check.
